Our Story
Skotch Bonnett Band was born when its lead singer collaborated with Ray C. Gordon, Manager & keyboardist. You will be moved from the very onset of the lead singer’s silky voicing spiced up with the seasoned skills of the musicians, then adding a classic mix of a three-part harmony, dubbed as “Sweetness”, similar to the likes of Bob Marley and the Wailers’ “I-Threes” and Beres Hammond’s “Harmony-House Singers”. The band’s name reflects the members’ authentic Caribbean roots and their commitment to deliver the HOTTEST RIDDIMs, mixed with a flavorful blend of Reggae, R&B, Top 40, Soca and Rock & Roll, all intertwined with their common spiritual influence. The members of Skotch Bonnett reside in South Florida and currently perform at Private and Corporate events, Weddings as well as, other various Venues in the South Florida area. The versatility and musical skills of the group affords them a unique ability to improvise at the drop of a beat! The musicians and vocals, together or separately, are able to back any artist whether live or studio.
